Great podcast as usual. The nes is in my top 3 systems of all time along with the master system and genesis so it was great having it all about the nes. This was probably one of the more comical compared to the others, not as serious as others. Great job guys. I have a question: Do you guys ever buy a game (either retro or new) just for the collection, meaning you have no plans on playing it you just wanted it for the collection. I know I do and I think it's something most hardcore collectors do from time to time.
YES!!!! I have been looking forward to your new episodes. This is one of the best podcasts on the internet as far as im concerned. Non corporate, non biased and packed with info and gaming wisdom. I love your podcast and you guys are the coolest gamer clique on the net. Keep up the great work!
Was awesome to have Robman on this episode of the podcast. Hope you guys extend him an infinite guest invite spot because him and Johnny together are hysterical. Some excellent NES games mentioned on here. Crystalis is a fantastic game and hearing about everyone's experiences makes me want to dig out my NES and box of games and see what I still have! Agree completely that Capcom made some really solid platformers with their Disney license. Like the games mentioned with Ducktales as the show stopper.
Thanks so much for doing this podcast series, has been such a blast to listen to!

Robman Rocks!!!
Sorry Johny, but Crystalis came out on GBC too. It was a 10th anniversary release.
I'm listening to this podcast Gamester questioned why the NES was discontinued so early. I think the reason why was because Sega created the Mega Drive and it was starting to become popular to the point that Nintendo had to get into the 16-bit console market. That's why the NES had to be traded up for the SNES.
Great show guys. I'm enjoying this show very much. Keep up the good work.
